How long is the warranty?
The length of the warranty is for 3 years from date of purchase. It is an international warranty, so wherever you are based, your ADVOLAT timepiece is warrantied and we will work to resolve any issues. 
What the does warranty cover?
The warranty covers the item from manufacturing defects which include the (Movement, Case, Crystal and other Internal Parts). This warranty does not protect from misuse of product or accidental damage nor consumables for items that have batteries. We have a service center to assist with battery replacements, and can coordinate that so that your ADVOLAT Experience continues!
What do I do if I think I have a warranty issue?
Reach out as soon as possible on one of the many communications channels we have available. We will work from there to determine if it is a warranty issue, we will issues an RMA number for return and coordinate shipping.                                                                                                                                                      


When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 72 hours of ordering, our products are limited runs and when your order is placed, your timepiece is built by hand then numerically sequenced, and then imported from our Switzerland based studio to our facility in Indiana, United States, after another quality check, it then begins it's journey to your wrist! If there are any questions or concerns with the shipping process please ask, we are here to make your ADVOLAT experience nothing short of amazing.  
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all North American orders. Packages are sent with UPS Ground with Insurance for your peace of mind. Please contact us for overnight shipping rates.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Your payment is always 100% safe. Our Processors utilize some of the strictest encryption processes with bank level security. If you have any question during the process, please reach out via our Contact Us page. 
What if I don't like my watch?
If you're not satisfied with your watch, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase - with no questions asked. As long as the watch is returned in an unworn condition, we will make a full refund of your payment, less a restocking fee of 20%.

Do you sell to non-US customers?
We do accept orders from outside the US. Shipping rates will vary from country to country and be presented to you when you checkout, if there are any questions or concerns, please reach out before purchase and we can coordinate the shipping and streamline the process and ensure everything is handled with the utmost care. 
Will I have to pay International taxes/duties?
For orders outside the US, your country might require you to pay import customs/taxes. These vary from country to country, but are usually below 20%. ADVOLAT North America cannot control - or be held responsible for - any international taxes or duties that may be added by your country's officials.
