When will my order ship?
Most orders ship on the same day we receive them. Watches kept in stock in Basel, Switzerland will ship to US customers in 1-3 days.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Packages are sent with FedEx Ground. Please contact us for overnight shipping rates.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Your payment is always 100% safe. Depending on your preferred checkout method, it's either handled by industry leaders Stripe or Paypal - using the latest and highest level security protocols.
What if I don't like my watch?
If you're not satisfied with your watch, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase - with no questions asked. As long as the watch is returned in an unworn condition, we will make a full refund of your payment.
What warranties come with the watch?
We offer a full 2-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal).
Can I talk to someone from your team before I buy?

Do you sell to non-US customers?
We do accept orders from outside the US. Shipping rates will vary from country to country and be presented to you when you checkout.
Will I have to pay International taxes/duties?
For orders outside the US, your country might require you to pay import customs/taxes. These vary from country to country, but are usually below 20%. Advolat cannot control - or be held responsible for - any international taxes or duties that may be added by your country's officials.
